I had 4 new tires put on, Dre checked me in and was very polite, informative, and professional. The shop also took good care of my truck and I was in and out in record time. 10/10 would recommend.

Service writer went above and beyond to help me out with my tires on the budget I had. Name on invoice was Richard M. He knew it was a bit of tire emergency and did everything he could to get me what I needed to get safely back on the road! I have been a customer before and was treated well then. This visit was top notch! Thank you so much for giving me the best customer service possible!! I will continue to be a returning customer and recommend the Bonney Lake Discount Tire to others.

We had a mix up with a trailer and brought it in without an appointment. They weelre closing in 30 minutes. But, they were so nice and accommodating. Got it done and out door. Thanks so much for good customer service. Its rare these days.

Excellent company, and the Bonney Lake location is the best! It's clean, friendly, and expedient. They really take care of their customers with the maintenance they offer. Shout out to Daniel and Ricky who helped me with my tire rotation today, you guys are great! The representatives are professional and communicate everything all along the way.
