I needed a Volvo transmission issue diagnosed and my normal mechanic suggested I visit European Motors. I was able to get the car in quickly. They told me what they found, did NOT charge me for the diagnosis after all, and offered options for managing the car until I was ready to pursue more complex work (which wasn't needed at this point). I felt like I was treated extremely fairly, and would go back without hesitation. I'd definitely go to European Motors before I went to a similar car repair place on 7202 Steilacoom.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever received at an auto shop. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I’m putting a lot of trust in whoever I take my car to, and I’ve had some pretty negative experiences at the BMW dealership where I felt like I wasn't being told all the options.

I understand and accept that BMWs are expensive to fix, but even after spending a significant amount on my car, European Motors made me feel comfortable every step of the way. They took the time to clearly explain what they were doing and why, in a way that actually made sense to me and I appreciate that.

I’m so glad I found this place, I am a loyal now, and have already been recommending it to everyone I know who drives a BMW.

Brought my e63 here to get my rms replaced. Another shop that I wont mention the name quoted me much more than what european motors quoted me. I was able to add on a coolant system flush and was still way under the price the other shop wanted. Ill also add that I went to college for auto and havent let a shop work on any of my cars in over 14 years and was going to do this job myself if I couldnt find a shop I felt was trustworthy. My car was done quick for the right price and they explained what caused the leak. I fully trust them with my babies and you should too.

Great price. Honest and experts across the board with the common euro brands. I brought my BMW SUV in and they did a stellar job with a drive ability/status report of all their recommended maintenance/repair items.
They charge a fair rate and are very thorough with diagnosing/issue duplication.
They got the go ahead to replace my engine mounts, received the parts, and completed the repair all in one day.
Joe and Dylan were my points of contact and they were awesome.
Hard to find such a reliable and fair Euro shop like this nowadays!

I have been a long time customer with European Motors now. I used to service my 2008 Audi TT with them, now almost a decade later, I trust them with my 2018 TTS. I recently needed a tune up and I always call for quotes from neighboring euro specialized shops. This shop always has competitive pricing, and this quote for the service was a no-brainer.

I’ve never had a negative experience all these years later. As long as I live in the area, this is my main shop.
