They have good food at great prices, but they stop answering the phone a full hour before closing and get pissy if you show up in person to place an order within that time. This is not a sit down restaurant, there is no excuse to start trying to close early. I wonder if corporate approves of them turning away paying customers every night... 🤔

Great pizza and service. I've lived a lot of places and been to many Papa Murphys and this one is up there. Save the money on the delivery guys, the pizza is way better anyways out of my oven.

My location, Centralia WA, always provides a pleasant experience. Employees are friendly, efficient, and timely no matter which way I order. If there is a misunderstanding in my order(s), the issue is dealt with immediately and pleasantly. This is the best pizza facility in my area!

We got FOOD POISONING from our pizza. Called to make management aware of the situation and the only response was they could get me a free pizza on my next order and they are sorry. No refund, no looking into the source of contamination, no investigating. Disappointed in this franchise because we love a take n bake every now and again.

Pizza was made wonderfully, the gentleman who was at the end of the counter doing the online orders was very nice and friendly.
