The ladies in the office are absolutely lovely and so helpful. I shopped around and their prices were way better than any other storage facility and they have a lot of promotions on. So check in with them as soon as you know what you'll be needing and they'll help you figure out what size unit you need. They also have full packing supplies as well. I would highly highly recommend them and use them again 😀

Renting the unit was fast and easy. The personnel are friendly, and informative. Ending the rental contract was just an easy and painless. The units are clean and feel extremely secure.

This was my first time renting a locker and it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend the Access storage facility at Hwy 10 and King.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location.

I spoke with Prahbjeet over the phone and she told me she was the manager. She quoted me $158.00 tax-in for a 5x10 unit, including the first 3 months at half off, and stated it would be a flat rate for one year with no changes. I specifically asked to confirm this because pricing stability is important to me. she reassured me it would not increase. I even mentioned i would be willing to sign for a year and asked if she could do better. She told me to come in and she would "see what she could do".

I decided to go into to see what could be done. She did not seem very welcoming and just asked if we want to go see the unit. We saw the unit and went back to the office to talk. She didn't smile and she had attitude. I did not feel valued as a customer at all. My partner even commented afterward about her unpleasant demeanor- so it wasn't me being sensitive. The energy was clearly from the start.

So, after she showed us the unit, we talked about pricing and suddenly the story changed. I was told that the rate could increase and change after 6-9 months. - which directly contradicts what i was told over the phone about it being a flat rate. That was the entire reason I made the trip.

To make matters worse, I then found out she is not the actual manager, but the assistant manager. So not only was the pricing misleading, but her role was misrepresented as well.

If I had been given accurate information from the beginning, I would not have wasted my time coming in. This experience was misleading, unprofessional and dismissive.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this location.

I also did find a flat rate with a much better rate and customer service.

I had an excellent experience at Access Storage – 14072 Hurontario St, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
Bonnie, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through the facility, explained the best storage options for my needs, and gave me a proper tour so I could choose the right unit with confidence. She also worked with my start date and offered me the best possible pricing, which I truly appreciated.
The assistant manager, Prabhjeet, was just as welcoming — offering me a drink and a snack and making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The level of hospitality and professionalism from both of them made a big difference.

The staff at this place are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I wish I had caught the name of the gentleman I was dealing with as he was very polite and patient with me, even after arriving to them 15 min before they close. After a long day of working and moving, stress and exhaustion are very high. The staff there was able to answer all of my questions, and even had no problem helping me out when I realized I had chosen the wrong size storage unit for my needs. I would highly recommend access storage to anyone looking for storage options. To the owners of access storage in caledon I would suggest maybe giving your exceptional employees a raise, very well deserved.

I really liked this place for storing my household items after a big move. They offered a discount for the first month free. Conveniently located near major city without the major city prices. The security system is on point and I had no issues with damage of my goods. I could access them wherever I wanted. My only drawback was about the half the roads are paved within the facility so be prepared to be muddy on rainy days and for about 3 mths my card on file kept getting 'deleted' by the system which was a bit annoying to figure out. However once it got sorted out it - it was fine. If I could give them 4.5 stars I would. Definitely, recommend.

Steer clear if you have any appreciation for your belongings!!

Access storage responded to this review the next day asking me to reach out.
I did, same day.
Not a word from them in return.
So when you see their responses to negative reviews, don’t think for a second they have actually tried to solve the problem.
They are responding so it looks like they are taking it seriously…they are not!

Zero stars for this place, Google is forcing me to give it 1 in order to post.

Roughly a month after I originally took on a storage unit, on a trip to drop off more items, I discovered that the wall between my unit and the next was not secured to the actual structure.
A floating wall if you will, and due to this, the wall shifted, either due to wind entering the unit, or due to the neighbouring unit shuffling their contents around. The shift in this wall knocked all the contents of my unit from one side to the other. This resulted in damage to a bookshelf. But whatever, I let it slide, but I shouldn't have.

And now, the pièce de résistance;
I discovered today, on a return trip for specific items, that rodents have been nesting in my belongings.
There are urine stains and feces in every drawer of my shelving unit. There are urine stains and feces on numerous boxes. Urine stains and feces all over the floor.

So basically, I paid full price for almost 6 months, to have animals $#!t and P!$$ in my stuff and then have the pleasure of cleaning that all up, and sanitizing every item I stored there.

When I alerted the staff, I got "deer in the headlights" looks and no offer to rectify the situation beyond "Sorry, we can send you insurance forms..."

Where's the offer to return my funds for this last month so I can...ya know...pay for the cleaning of every item I own?!?!
Or towards potential rodent capture at my residence, where I may have inadvertently moved mice when I took home some boxes from here a few days prior to today.

All in all, I received a piss-poor reaction (pun very much intended) to my situation with exactly zero offers of real-time, on-the-spot solutions.

So, basically, you can expect your belongings to be damaged either through negligence toward the upkeep of the facilities, or from intruding rodents who appear to have free reign to the units. I guess this why it's called ACCESS storage.

I am emptying my unit. I am taking my things to literally any other storage unit that shows even a modicum of interest in keeping my things safe from damage, or providing solutions to problems they create.

This is the worst storage facility I have ever used! This location has poor security is unkept and filled with vermin. We had three units at this location. One of which had a leak and damaged our dining chairs. We advised the front desk and were told we’d be sent forms to complete. Months later we have yet to hear back from a manager as promised. We have been told to expect contact several times and nothing yet. We had to throw away furniture as it began to grow mold! Do Not waste your money or cherished items!

Audrey and Lovepreet made our 1st time experience absolutely lovely. Audrey was very patient and thorough by goin through all the fine print and concerns we had. Lovepreet was friendly and a breath of fresh air to deal with He drove us in the gator ro iur storage location and that was fun! felt like we were on a safari. My son enjoyed it! Bonnie is EXCELLENCE! Pure and true customer service EXCELLENCE is practiced by her. She is 100% amazing, gives great advice and is willing to listen to help you get the BEST stsorage you need! Whatever the case she is there.

Not only that, the facility is NICE and CLEAN. Always upgrading their pathways (like the new paved paths they have and more to come) Definitely a nice facility to keep your cars in storage for winter or to park it.

You'll see in the video attached how nice the indoor parking storage truly is. Additionally, they offer ramps to help you drive up and store your car (we didn't need it but they offerred).

TRULY AN ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE!!!
