Right what the other people said. I went to this store after taking my mom to an appointment in Garner. When I got there no chicken was done, I wanted to fat the honey chicken to see if I liked it. I waited more than 10 Min and so when the regular chicken got done I went on and didn’t order. Got the order can all the way back downtown Raleigh.
When mom and I got to the family home I noticed my queso was not in the bag( I ordered an extra order of queso and chips. So I called gave mom something to eat-and went back to get my queso at the store. When I got there I told the young lady at the register what happened. I asked her if I could get an extra cup of queso. She flatfoot said No. I asked her why after I drive from downtown because yall forgot yo put it in the bag. Then o heard my name being called , the young lady that I spoke with on the phone. Yes it’s me she said give her a large cup of queso. Ok thank you even though I don’t think that was enough . ( I bought two ) ok I got back to the family house got myself a plate, how about the chips tasted like they had been out over night without being covered up. No Garner Chipotle ever again. Slow and not even mindful of people eating for chicken to be fixed. Still didn’t get to taste the honey chicken, oh and how about the chicken I got tasted very hot. ( did they get it mixed up with the regular chicken??? Ummm

This is my first visit to this location. It was really clean. Customer Service there was awesome. I have food allergies and Ronnie made sure. That my food didn’t have any cross-contamination. I really appreciate this because it seems like he was very well trained on allergy procedures. I will be coming back to this location more frequently. Keep up the good work guys.

I'm very upset that I spent $70 for 3 bowls and a burrito, just to be missing most of the things I wanted in all the orders. 3 or more ingredients missing is ridiculous. If things are unavailable, send a text and let the customer know. This is always done when the order is delivered instead of picked up. Won't happen again.

Customer service was great. As soon as I told the girl about diet restrictions she immediately washed her hands thoroughly and changed gloves and proceeded to serve my plate. Location is convenient.
