I’ve been a customer at access storage for several years and I can honestly say that Eden has provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced throughout the years. He has consistently gone above and beyond to help me whenever I’ve needed assistance employees like Eden are the reason people stay loyal to a business.

Absolutely seamless experience. I wasn't able to make my appointment and was able to set everything up remotely. Right down to a lock waiting in the unit for me. Everything was explained perfectly and the unit was prestine. Access storage is doing it right, highly recommend!

Definitely a great place, easy access clean never have any issues getting to my storage unit. Winter or summer.. Tina is great as well helped me get signed up. Got me what I needed for a unit as well as being Amazon g to talk to when you need questions answered

This has been a very easy experience in being able to book a unit to having to switch a unit because we needed more space to being able to drop a unit because in the end another unit was not needed, very clear on the procedures and affordable units offered

My grandfather recommended this place when I needed storage. Eden the manager was amazing, he went above and beyond showing me the site and all available options. He had an answer for all of my questions. Customer service like this is not easily found now days. Very impressed.
