Management or ownership needs to investigate on why customers in the drive through lines are constantly being told to pull down away from the window so that the timer doesn't register how long we actually have to wait ..or moving us into parking spaces so the timer doesn't register the wait time however isn't the timer there to monitor how long each customer waits so if I'm waiting 15mins shouldn't management or someone knowabput this with out me having to formally complain. Make it make sense

I can’t tell you about the food it’s probably a one star as well. The drive through person was rude. I asked for the $5.00 fave mixed chicken. I asked them for my red beans and rice could have light rice and they no. I don’t understand. They told me no and said it only comes prepared that way. I understand why sales are poor. They let $10.00 walk a way without even attempting to save a sale. I know it doesn’t matter if the MIC would have intervened. I will never come here again. Thanks but No Thanks! I hope to hear from a leader of this organization. I bet turnover is high as well. BTW DINING ROOM WAS CLOSED AT 9:00pm. While the DT is wrapped around.

This is a great restaurant if you are coming off the interstate and want a good hot meal 😋 with a humble atmosphere you are going to the Best one. I had a young man name Malek and he was very professional 👏 and then nicely ask me would I mind pulling down to the yellow line to bring out my hot 🔥 food. 9 out of 10 and I shall return. You guys keep up the outstanding great work.

Had a problem at the register where my rewards points were used but incorrectly. They didn’t even try to make it right, just told me “sorry there’s nothing we can do”. And pick up is never available for some reason. Would recommend going to another location if you’re able.

On April 5th 2026 at 1:42pm, I stopped to get dinner at this Popeyes location in Byram, Ms 39272. I order the 3 piece spicy with fried pickles. My total was $9.80. I received my meal at the drive through window. I didn't check my order until I was at home. The grease was bad! The grease was burnt, the chicken was over cooked with a burnt taste and smell! It's ashame you spend your money at these establishments and this is the quality of food they're serving! Very bad experience, it will take some time before I go back! Thanks
