ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I work in fast food so I typically try my best to understand fast-food workers. BUT MY GOD!! I waited 45 minutes for 3 chicken tenders and fries. AND NOT JUST ME so many other people. I went to the counter twice, the first time they said it was waiting on fries that's all,right? I waited 15 more minuts for “fries”. Then when i went back for a refund I was told my order was finished. I waited 15 more minutes for an order that was “finished”. Not only that once i got home to eat the food…the fries taste like burnt oil as if they sat in oil. Can you imagine my frustrstion?I hate this Byram location so much!

Tenders are really small for the price and the fries were not like they were back in the day.

I’m not sure what is going on with RC. I waited 10 mins before anyone took my order. I had to call the office while waiting at the front counter . A female manager answered and I told her that I was waiting on someone to come up front to take my order .After the call three managers all of a sudden came from the back. The person that took my order …..did apologize……it was too late. There was one person ( she is a cook). She wears glasses and had honey blonde braids that said it will be a few minutes. She walked back there several times. I didn’t get her name. It seems as if everyone was except her was focused on the drive thru orders. She stayed and prepared my food before clocking out. The purpose of stopping at fast food restaurant is to be served quick. Please reward the young lady who tried her best to get someone to the front.

I bought the maniac combo and asked for 2 extra cane sauce, got charged for them and they still only gave me 2, when I supposed to have 4. They will not get me next time I promise you that,practically stealing from people
