Had issues with DoorDash delivery driver getting us food. Manager Patrick didnât hesitate to offer remaking food and delivering it personally since our driver had picked it up an hour before and we had not received. Thank you Patrick!

An absolute amazing place to dine in. The food was fantastic, and we got it in a quick manner. The seasonal sugar plum tea was refreshing with a hint of holiday spices. The staff was friendly and respectful. I will definitely be planning a return trip soon.

I havenât eaten at any McAlisterâs Deli but 2-3 times, so Iâm not familiar with the menu options. You order at the front and people are waiting. The parking lot was very full, but we ordered very quickly. The restaurant was probably half full but the tables had not been cleaned off so it was difficult to find seating. Several people had to ask someone to clean off a table for them. I was charged an up charge on the Pick Two after asking if it included all salads. When I questioned the manager he offered me a free dessert for the confusion. That was nice of him. The salad and sandwich were both very good, but a little pricy. Large portions for the salad. My husband couldnât eat the whole salad.

Have patronized this location for years, but service has gone down! Tell me how you combine a loaded spud and half a salad in the same box; like who combines warm and cold food items??!!!! In the past, the âchoose twoâ came separately, as they should. Then to add misery to insult, no salad dressingâŚbut I requested honey mustard dressing. I think Iâll stick to Newks for a while or order from another location. Just very disappointed âšď¸
