Hands down worst place to order a pizza!!!!!! Manger on duty is only 19 years old frustrated already with short staffing. She could give 2 acorns about your order or customer service. When I tried to place my order and the guy at the counter was ordered to get dough from the back and she said she didn’t care if I was about to order. He looked at me ready to order and listened to his manager and got the dough. Baby if you don’t want to work, go home. No one is forcing you to stay here. Handle your customers first!!!! Don’t worry I won’t be back. Your District manager on the phone was even worse. Didn’t help the situation at all. Thanks a lot coco, if that’s even your name.

Update: one of the managers, light skin heavyset girl, came to me all the way in electronics to chase me down, screaming at me. This is exactly why y’all get so many one stars. Your customer service is horrible to the point to where you’re chasing customers down and not to correct the issue, witch could have been accomplished several ways. A coupon, offering to make my order at a discount, hell a free personal pan (the thing I came to buy). You were going even further snapping your neck at me and making you guys look even more embarrassing. I will never use that dominoes again. Walmart staff saw you run up on me and the cameras recorded it all. I hope home office wipes this place clean.

“The pizza wasn’t made properly and barely had any cheese on it. It didn’t taste fresh and the overall quality was disappointing.”

I purchased a coupon book to support my son’s school football team fundraiser, and on our coupon book is 4 coupons that is listed your location as a participating business. After purchasing the book, I went to use the coupon (even when I called to place order I specifically told them I had coupon and was not told any of this) it was when picking up food and was told that your location no longer participates and that the coupon is no longer valid. So now I have about 12 coupons that can’t be used.

This is extremely frustrating because people spent their money on these books specifically because of the businesses advertised inside them. If a business decides to stop participating, that should be communicated before the fundraiser takes place. Now families who were trying to support our kids’ team are left with coupons they can’t even use specifically for this place. I was told it can’t be used at this location, per the coupon this is the only location that it can be used at. As well as other locations won’t accept because it specifically states for this location.

It’s disappointing that the coupon was accepted as part of the fundraiser but is now being refused. It makes people feel like their money was wasted and puts the school and kids in a bad position when they were just trying to raise funds for their team.

This is a very well run store. The very first thing I saw were the employees cleaning and restocking. The lady that took my order was very professional and courteous. The food was ready on time, and it even looks like it does in the commercials. A definite 5 star review!! 👍
