Ordered Friday and the food was really good but they left out the queso for the chips. You can't reach anyone by calling if anything is wrong with your order.
The food was so good though that we ordered again tonight (Sunday) and it was a totally different story. We got food that was so old and cold that it all felt like it had been in a refrigerator. My husband took it back and asked the unconcerned staff to remake it. The food we then received was still not hot and was WORSE than the first bag of food they gave us. Tasted old, my two tacos were very small and smashed into one foil wrapper that they slapped two sticker labels on. Everything we got the second time was much smaller portions and didn't even taste good.
Thought we found a pretty good place to get quick meals when not cooking but we won't be back.

UPDATE: It's now the next morning and my husband and I are both having gastro issues. I'm pretty ticked that we paid for that crap AND got sick.

EDIT: Hi, hello, me again, years later. Guess what, this location still sucks. Another beyond disappointing experience again this evening. Waited over an hour from my promised delivery time. Finally got it. Opened it up. I don’t know whose food this is, but it’s not mine. It’s not at all what is printed on the receipt that is supposed to be in there. So. Shame on me for trying again.

I’ve never been so consistently disappointed with a Chipotle location in my life. Every single time I order food from here I regret it. Food prep is awful. One time I got a cup of guac with an avocado pit in it. So basically I paid $4 for one small bite worth of guac and a pit. Another time I got a bag of burned chips, they were all dark brown. They’re always out of ingredients, like the fajita veggies or dressings, or even chicken for crying out loud. Oh, and if you order after 5pm, don’t be surprised if they’re already out of chips for the night. If I order delivery, something’s always missing. If I order in store, I both have to compromise my order and then can’t find a clean table to sit at. Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants, but this location gives me a nose bleed from all the internal rage strokes I get every time I try to enjoy a meal from here. Corporate needs to come in and fix it.

Been here numerous times, it’s hit or miss. Staff is respectful. Sometimes they don’t have any ingredients which is very frustrating as I have to sit and wait. Had employee blatantly lie to my face about the vinaigrette that the ones in the fridge were expired, asked a different employee and grabbed it from the supposed spot where the expired ones were.

We ordered our food online with an 11:10 pickup. Food was not ready until 11:40 and was cold by the time we received it with missing ingredients. In the span of waiting at least 20 other people walked out as the line was not moving.
We spent a lot of money on awful food and horrible service. Will not be returning.

Update 12/19/24: ANOTHER MISS. This is what they consider a standard bowl. They should be embarrassed from the food to the workers. Never have I experienced a chipotle like this one. I’m done with this location for good.

For a $30 meal of rice, beans and chicken, they should at least give you a regular portion. I ordered two double meat bowls and received half of a regular portion. Employee didn’t respond when asked several times politely for more. Whoever is working the 1:30 Sunday shift needs to be retrained.
