My first time at the Deli and I was pleased. A good selection of sandwiches including turkey, several soup options, a variety of baked potatoes and salads. I was pleased with mine and it was fresh.
They were busy, so we had to wait for our food. But it was a good, friendly service!
I’m definitely going back.

Food was delicious (no surprise), but the service was top tier. Brandi at the front was super welcoming, and Tiffany made sure my order was perfect. Everyone was kind and checked on me throughout my meal. 10/10 love McAlister’s!

My first experience with Mcalisters Deli went about as bad and it could go. Ordered the grilled chicken club and there was paper cooked into my sandwich. Discovered this when I took a bite out of it and tasted the paper taste and consistency. Seems like there’s a food safety opportunity with this location.

I'm so excited they now have a McAlister's in Pensacola. Moved here from Indiana where I've gone for years. Big fan! So far this location has great food, friendly atmosphere, and is clean. The service is great! Katherine never let my tea go without a refill today. Welcome to the neighborhood, McAlister's! I would love it if you brought back the tumblers 😉

Food was flavorful and fresh! I wish the side portion was a little bigger (not talking about soup portion), however, the broc & ched soup was delicious. My dad had the potato salad and said it was good as well! I got the half turkey jalapeno crunch sandwich and I wish I had gone with the whole, delightful! The bread was fresh and soft, bacon was crisp, avocado was creamy, mixed with the crunch of the jalapeno chips, my goodness and the turkey was so tender and flavorful!

The only thing that didn't hit was how compact the inside was and how rude fellow customers were, which was obviously no fault to the restraunt.

The staff were kind, attentive and quick. Thank you for a lovely lunch, I'll be back! ❤️🥪
