I love this branch/Bank. They are wonderful with the children when I need to take care of the deposit or anything. They offer them crayons and water and Snacks. I Always feel very well taken care of. They are wonderful people in there. I haven't had any issues with our bank account accounts or savings account accounts. That's been great so far.

Our situation has been quite complicated, and at times we felt unsure about how to handle it, but Raul stepped in and guided us every step of the way.
What stood out the most was his willingness to go above and beyond - he not only provided clear explanations but also helped us make important phone calls, ensuring we felt supported and confident throughout the process. He also has an excellent memory- even though we only visited once last year, he still remembered us, which made us feel valued and cared for.

Great Service, products, employees, and app user experience. There’s no reason to go anywhere else. The application for a HELOC took about 45 minutes, approval took about an hour and a half, the follow up took 15 minutes, signing documents took about 25 minutes. My account was funded in three business days. Costs were low and after promos, I came out on top. Every single employee is amazing however, my amazing experience was with Maggie from Fort Collins and Emily in Colorado Springs over the phone. They are sheer perfection.
