Worst customer service came in to open a checking account. The lady in the front look at me from bottom to top really disrespectful way when I came in. Then she said I had waited for a banker after minutes later she said I had make an appointment. This bank makes you unwelcome and don’t want my business so unprofessional.

This Chase Bank location has been frustrating to deal with, and based on reviews of other branches, it doesn’t seem like this is just a one-off issue.
I’ve had multiple problems here, but the most recent one stood out. I scheduled an appointment online, left work early, and drove a long distance—only to be called ONE HOUR before and told they couldn’t help because the employee went home sick. No backup, no solution, just a cancellation.That’s a complete disregard for people’s time. On top of that, the staff are not welcoming and often come across as dismissive. The branch feels poorly managed and understaffed.
Overall, not a place I’d recommend.

The gentleman at the door was professional and nice. I was requesting to get a document notarized and they declined me for not being a customer. They could’ve took that opportunity to cross sale to get an account opened. I’ve worked at financial institutions prior and we offered notary services as long as they had the required documents to verify.

Went yesterday to try to open an account. The teller asked if we had an appointment, I said no I thought they had walk ups. She checked and said they didn’t have anything available. We just stood there and she just looked at us without saying anything else. Then my husband asked what other days she had available. She just said nothing until Friday. I understand that now you need appointments but the way she handled the situation made us feel unwelcome, that they didn’t want our business. We left and in our car in their parking lot I opened a savings account and checking within minutes. The way she could’ve just tried to help us by saying we could also try to apply online. Worst customer service!

I honestly love this location. Everyone is so nice and polite and I wanna shout out and thank you Jessica for always having an awesome, beautiful, loving professional customer service energy and y’all need to promote her and send her on vacation and if anyone is interested, you should definitely open your accounts with Chase. Hopefully they’re gonna be able to do right by me this time for creating a new business bank account so let’s see how this location fits me and I look forward to seeing what they could do for Me.
