the teller at 121st and Lowell was a genuinely nice person and handled what I needed to do to get done. Cant say that about Ent as they really screwed my senior life up by allowing a rent check to bounce and me being on a fixed income.

Roxy was so helpful with handling our unique and perplexing situation we were coming up against with the online app. We had come in finally after multiple times trying to figure it out by ourselves online , and she was able to support us IMMEDIATLY and with so much care.

Revea was excellent! She helped me close my father's account after his passing. She was kind and compassionate. Top notch customer service, she promptly greeted me when I came in the institution asking how she could help. She apologized for the loss of my father, then promptly closed my father's account.
Then listened while I briefly shared about about my father.
