Thank you for the fast service... lost my phone got another and because I didn't have the old phone I couldn't load the app all the way uuhhgg. Thanks to the one helped me, 5min and the app was loaded and up an running:) there's a reason why I chose this bank, this is one of them.

Convenient because of how many locations & ATM's. But the service just keeps getting worse & worse, never enough staff usually 2 tellers & 1 banker/manager. Phones are use less. Literally spent over an hour waiting no response.

My experience here, Was one of the worst I’ve ever had in my life at a bank. I was treated very poorly for the amount That I was dealing with this bank I had to be verified more than three times and which my lawyer explained to Me that they had a serious problem because he had verified already three times and he felt like that wasn’t necessary or fair to me. They kept me in line after cashing my check and hand me five or six individual envelopes and shoot me out of the bank with money in my hands like that, I was not allowed to go to a side room to adjust myself. And when I asked to go to a side room to adjust myself, someone came in 10 minutes later and told me that the bank will be closing in 10 minutes. I need to hurry
up. This was the one of the worst experience and if you are a person of color I would not bank here even the teller was looking at me like this was extremely uncouth and unethical. They are very unprofessional. I will never come here again.

Waited 45 minutes to make a simple transaction while only one of the four tellers helped customers and the line grew to 15 deep. I understand tellers needing to do different tasks at times, but this was just poor customer service. Go elsewhere, especially if you’re hoping yo get in and out relatively quickly.
