I went in there to get my help with my online banking and the employee said oh I have meeting in 5 minutes. It made me feel like they were to busy to help me. None of my needs were meant. I will not come back to this bank again.

I went in to withdraw money from one of my two accounts, the teller REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY FROM MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT! Gave my ID, explained I had multiple accounts, and if the bank was refusing to give me, my money I would close both accounts! NO I DID NOT LEAVE THE BANK WITH MY FULL AMOUNT I REQUESTED TO WITHDRAW! was told to call ahead next time so they could "order money"!? This should be illegal no bank should be allowed to refuse a customer access to their money! Yes I'm looking into changing banks after using key for 10 years!
