Met with Mr. Oloo who was very professional and helpful in getting us exactly what we’ve needed to store our things. The space was large, temperature controlled, very clean and easily accessible. Drive up and dollys use were bonus, making this company head and shoulders above the other rental storage places in every way. Opening and closing the roll up door without any difficulty was also appreciated. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Reserved online it was incredibly easy with the deals they had. Their class is VERY diligent about calling. When we arrived the facility was incredibly clean, and organized. The staff are welcoming and very professional, they even offered us methods to save money on our units and make the most of our renting. We dealt with Only in person, and he was very personable and helpful. Great experience

Olu Naomi is an amazing help and a great manager to deal with. I highly recommend this Public Storage for my goods. This place is very safe and secure, (I’ve stored at another place is Cambridge that was always broken into and stuff was taken). I really like the inside loading bay.

My youngest son is quite worried about leaving his belongings while we transition towns; but the safety and security of this building we have experienced helps even if just a little bit. Cynthia handled my paperwork at this location she made the transition so easy. Her customer service skills are top tier!! Give this lady a job in upper management please!! She answered all my questions and went above and beyond she also tried to upsell boxes and moving equipment like a good employee should! I really like this location also the gentleman man who answers the phone on Olu he was great answering all my questions and calling me to welcome me to this location prior to my arrival. This storage location is top tier!!

Recently rented a unit in there Cambridge units and the people there are great. The units are clean and very accessible in any weather and the prices reasonable. Naomi at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful and I found everyone to have a happy and positive attitude.

I had an excellent experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The facility is very clean. I was given all information I would need including safety precautions when on site.
As a follow up, it was noticed after 5 or 6 days that I hadn’t started using my unit and hadn’t locked it, so staff contacted me and temporarily locked the unit until I could get there.
I would recommend this facility to everyone.

This is the second time I have used Public Storage at 16 High Ridge Court in Cambridge and again the service was excellent. Olu answered all my questions. After being in our home for 36 years we are downsizing.. we have purged and feel good about our upcoming move but realize there still might be more to do when we settle into our new home. We contact Public Storage in Cambridge searching for a personal storage unit.. the staff, Olu and Naman, were pleasant and very welcoming upon arrival at the storage unit! The day before when we were inquiring about rentals, Olu was so very patient and knowledgeable answering all questions that we had and he did not rush us through the process. We felt comfortable making our decision to rent our storage unit. When we came in to sign the paperwork, everything was reviewed and we were shown the possible unit choices.. we weren’t rushed and all questions were answered to our satisfaction. We feel we will be happy with our decision! I only needed my locker for two months, and the entire experience was very pleasant. Setting up an account was easy, the staff was able to answer all my questions, and I didn't have any problems. The customer service is fantastic at this location. I've had a unit here for almost four years now, any time I've needed to make any changes the staff have been so helpful and kind to me. I also accidentally left my TV in the hallway one time and forgot to come back for it, and they called me right away and held it in the office for me. Very honest and friendly people. The building is always clean and the employees always look happy to be there. I've had a great experience as a customer here!

Yesterday I had an excellent experience with Public Storage located at 16 High Ridge Ct, Cambridge ON. The customer service, particularly from Cintya, was outstanding. She thoroughly explained every detail, including payment options and storage steps, hours to access and even recommended the perfect unit size for our needs. Cintya also gave us a tour of the facility, which was incredibly clean and easy to navigate. Overall, I'm very impressed with the customer service and the facility!
