I tried to book an appointment for them to come give me an estimate since I met them at the home and Garden Show booth. But the lady insisted that I need a postal code ,I explained to her since this is a new built there is no postal code at the moment . Still she kept on saying she can't book it without a postal code. Its so frustrated as a customer to have to deal with such policy and people . Guess I'll stay local to Arnprior and give my business to someone else who clearly will understand the situation.

Amelia who did the estimate was very professional. She gave me the information I needed to make a decision without pressuring me to replace the existing eve troughs .repairs and modifications were suggested.The installer was amazing. He went above and beyond to do a good job in terrible weather conditions. The site was cleaned up and he worked with my handyman to organize 2 rainbarrels to be installed properly. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a good job done with excellent products.

Excellent contractors to install gutters and leafFilter protection. Polite, sociable, hard working. Worked all day without breaks. Great workmanship and great cleanup when job was done. Ensured downspouts how we wanted and suitable for rain barrel. Rained next day and gutters and downspouts functioned. No more drips over front steps causing erosion.

One of the most unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. I first saw them at an expo, and the salespeople were friendly and persuasive, so I requested a quote for two residential properties. They called me afterward and claimed that my property is considered commercial (???) based on my postal code and that I would need to be referred to a different department. That department never called me back.

I ran into them again at another expo, and the same sales representative from the first expo was very polite and promised to personally look into my file. He even said they do service my area and currently have people working there right now. I received a call the next day from a lady, and I explained the situation, pointing out that they actually service a street just one block over from mine. She was polite at first, but once she checked my postal code, her attitude changed. She insisted my property is commercial, said the sales team didn’t know what they were talking about, and put the blame on me for not using Google to verify it myself. She ended the call by saying they do not service me and then hung up on me mid call, even though I never raised my voice or got angry at her at any point in time. I was honestly just confused at her sudden attitude change.

Honestly, she should have followed her own advice and checked Google Street View. There are no commercial properties within a 1 km radius of my home.
