Anna at Access Storage in Bowmanville was very personable and helpful. She went over all the details of the rental agreement and gave us an email address where we could reach out and ask her any questions.
The storage unit was very clean when we moved in our items. On one day of moving in some items there had been considerable rainfall and the road down the row where our rental unit was located was very flooded (6 to 8 inches of water). Some grading is needed to allow the water to run away from the road and possibly into the units.
Overall we had a positive experience and the price was better than the other storage rental places in the area.

It was a very easy process getting a unit in Bowmanville. Anna knows anything you could ever want to know and was very mindful when deciding which unit to put me in to make access the most smooth given winter weather. During the winter the area was always plowed and accessible when I needed it. If I ever need a unit again I will come here first.

We rented a medium size and a large size storage unit from Access Storage in Bowmanville. The units were both clean and easy to access as well. Anna was very helpful in meeting our needs when we had to extend both units twice. Anna was very pleasant to deal with, professional, knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had. Overall it was a very seemless process.

Have been a long-time customer. Maintenance issues not addressed for years, but they certainly want their money. I've had no working in my unit going on 3 plus years in spite of having cleared an area for them and left a key. Price creep has me shopping around for better value.

From the very first phone call, I was given all the information I required in a very clear and concise manner! Access Storage is a great secured facility. While having a unit there, not only was the price for my unit fair, but I also knew my belongings were safe and sound while at Access Storage. Anne is fantastic, professional, and has great interpersonal skills; she made me feel welcome every time I walked into the office.

I gave them one star because the guy next to me used to be in his unit SMOKING therefore my unit used to smell of smoke every time I went in it, did they do anything? Nope, not a cent off, just oh we spoke to him to tell him don't do it anymore. The guy was still smoking in the unit. Seems like the guy was living in the storage...

First time inquiring and renting a storage unit from Access, at the east end Bowmanville location. Anna, the storage manager, was wonderful, warm/welcoming and very knowledgeable when I had questions in regards to storage. She took her time and effort to show me the sizing that I inquired and was up front with terms and conditions.

I highly recommend this location, very local, exceptional customer service and very friendly.

I had a storage locker on Haines Street in Bowmanville Ontario. Ann was the receptionist there and was very kind and courteous each time I was there including when I moved in and when I moved out. I would recommend access storage to anyone looking to store anything for everything it's just the best place I have used for storage.
