I left my SUV for 2 months in one of the storage units at Access Storage and the experience was really great. Mr. Bhupinder was very kind and made it very simple for me. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for a safe storage unit!

I had been looking for a storage unit for my stuff.( I am moving and did not find a place yet.) I remembered a lady that I helped move once used Access Storage, so I decided to check them out. Did I ever make a great decision! I was helped by a man named Bhupinder Singh and let me tell you, he was awesome to work with. He was very thorough, polite and made sure we had everything covered and I had no questions in the end. In other words, he knew his stuff! So thanks again going out to Access' employee Mr. Singh for the great customer service and I would definitely recommend Access to others. Five Stars for sure! Thank you Access Storage! 💜💜💜

Jenn is wonderful, she stayed after closing for me to wait for my ID to be dropped off, and proceeded to help me rent my unit even though it was way past closing. Customer service was wonderful, would give 10 stars if I could.

The manager showed us a cheaper rental unit. She double checked the lock we bought to make sure it opened. She was very kind to us, we were between houses and had to store our items in a hurry.

Very poor customer service, if I can give them zero I will choose zero, when I booked a storage unit in Highland park location, they booked for me in 100 dewdney ave and when I cancelled the first reservation and booked in 100 dewney ave they booked for me in Highland park in the other location, I cancelled the second reservation also, I cancelled both the reservation in the same date and before four days from the move in date, they didn't refund the money, when I called the customer service to check if the reservation cancelled they said that it's still valid. Notice that I have documents for the cancellation but in the system the reservation still valid with different information from what is written in the cancellation documents that I have, I asked for lower unit they gave me upper unit, different size and different number, they changed the information of the unit reserved without asking me and take my permission, they were unprofessional, arguing with me and request from me to believe them and not to believe the documents given from their main office in dewdney ave and this just a little from what happen.
Everything was difficult and hard and what was suppose to be easy become waiste of time, energy and effort for nothing and at the end I stayed without the money and without the storage unit

We just rented a unit for the last couple of months to keep all of our stuff in while we were at my parents. When we went back to get something, we saw that our unit had been broken into and numerous of our items were stolen. The company has not been working with us to get video footage to the police or to have any type of explanation on how someone got into our unit in the first place. The manager called us from a no caller ID and wouldn’t give us a number to call her back on if we needed. They keep giving us the go around of “we’re reviewing footage, and sorry that happened to you” as if our whole life wasn’t stored in that unit, already struggling financially and now having to replace everything that we trusted to be safe for a short period of time in that storage unit. Absolutely ridiculous, wouldn’t trust/feel safe with my things being stored with this company.

Recently rented a storage locker, the staff was amazingly courteous. She was extremely busy that day but remained composed and on task. She is really good at her customer service. It was a pleasure doing business with her. Also can't beat the promo deal...thumbs up.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had over the 14 months was that the metal clad walls collect condensation and caused some water damage to some of the items. The doors are well sealed so we didn’t have any rodent issues or water from the door. They could fix the condensation by adding vent stacks to the roof.
