Wingate came out quickly to address my ac issues. Jordan was very friendly, helpful & patient. He took the time to explain issues with my unit & also explained the member benefits. I was pleased with his timeliness. I felt the price was a little steep, but the cool air made me forget that! I'd call them again.

I had a great experience with Wingate from start to finish. The entire process was seamless. I requested a 2nd estimate online and within minutes I received a call about my inquiry. Chris arrived within the hour of the request to begin the process. Chris explained everything needed and provided the available options. He even checked in the following day to ensure we didn’t have any questions.
Collin and his peer arrived promptly and were very informative and friendly. Before leaving they gave a tour of everything and left the space cleaner than arrival. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Definitely would recommend Wingate!

I’ve been using Wingate Heating and Cooling for a while now, and they never disappoint. Their technician, Brian, helped me out recently and was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on without trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. Jacob and Chris came out to inspect our AC system, and replace our water heater. They arrived on time, quickly evaluated our situation, and got to work installing a new tankless system almost immediately. Chris explained our options thoroughly. Jacob did an excellent job installing the water heater, and reconfigured the piping. He was kind enough to explain each part of the process along the way. Everything looks clean and tidy, works great, and I can’t say enough about how professional, courteous and helpful these gentlemen were. I absolutely recommend Wingate without reservation!
