It's stressful when your AC goes out.
My neighbor's just used GC Home Service...I called and they sent out a technician the next day. They called, had a photo of young man. Was hoping it was something simple, but he started inside...the blower wasn't coming on. He checked everything. He told me we could order a part and go from there. Problem. Parts are expensive...he never tried to sway me to a new unit. I asked if we replace the board then the blower goes out...he said the amount. I asked what happened to my neighbors. It was their compressor. My unit is 14 years old and 3 outside my unit have been replaced. Next day sent out a person to find out what I needed and then gave me options. I chose and the price it included everything including the taxes. No games. I said ok on Wed by Friday at 2pm my new unit had my condo at 68...the guys doing the hard work...never got upset , distracted, I talk a lot, they stayed on task...it was not easy...they were professional always asking before they did anything. I needed to get more cash in my checking. So talked to Alex... totally chill...I said just got to transfer some cash to that account. No problem Joe! Will hold the check until Monday.
Told him how professional I thought they were...I traveled a lot in sales...I always looked at the employees....are they happy? Morale? Cleanliness? Being efficient with your time.
It's Friday at 4 pm.
My condo is perfect and its going to be mid 90's next week.
I feel good. I think I got a fair price by a well run company.
Just how friendly and watching them communicate. They have a good company. I would like to work for them at 65. 🤣🤣🤣

I called GC and had a Tech at my place within a half hour. Jesse quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Could not have asked for better service.

We had an emergency A/C issue, and Jesse came out the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed everything, and took the time to explain what had happened and what he was doing. Our AC went out and needed to be replaced. We looked at several businesses and got estimates. We chose GC Home Services for their reasonable pricing and thoroughness. Alex was very helpful throughout the whole process. Luke installed our new AC, he was amazing! We are thankful for their honest and reliable service.
