Do not trust Handy-many (Manuel Morales). We are out thousands of dollars because of him. We hired him to rough in a bathroom into our unfinished basement in Littleton, CO. He refused to read simple installation instructions (to the point we are now questioning his literacy) and rushed through the project, making mistake after mistake. He left us with a ruined shower pan (slopes the wrong direction and will not support the intended tile installation) and an incorrectly installed a toilet flange. When other contractors see his work they all respond with similar remarks about his ineptness as a contractor and plumber. Now we need to pay an actual qualified contractor to demo his work and start over. Additionally, his HVAC 'crew' left us with an unfished job after receiving our payment. Save your time and money and hire someone who actually knows what they are doing, not Handymany who is all talk and will leave you with a mess the second he gets paid.
