Bought my Q5 with Groupe auto flex. A1 service before, during and after the sale. Best price too! I will buy my next car with him.

Just bought a car from them 2026/01/24. Service was very good. Steven sent one of his drivers 26 km to my garage for inspection. They repaired all the problems. Then sent driver back to my garage for second inspection. Everything is good.
A few minor issues, car was filthy inside out ( they wanted to bring it to the car wash, it was - 30 , I said no.) Long wait times and a lack of organization but I expected it.
They started a car inside without an exterior vent which was nauseous. Still happy with it all

Reviewing 10 months after buying the car from G.A.F.

looking at the reviews, I was skeptical initially. After meeting the friendly staff I was comfortable. They have a great selection and options for every make, model, body type and price range. Reliable service promise. Of course, with any pre-owned car there might be problems. And I had one. They gladly offered to take the car back and refund the money or fix the car. I decided to get it fixed (at no cost) and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Bought a car from them last month. The staff were really helpful. at first i was hesitant because of the reviews here on google, But I brought my own mechanic to check the car just to make sure, went on a test drive And everything is in good condition. Been using it everyday since i got it, and everythings fine. I highly recommend it.
