Rachel and Sydney really took care of us. Took my daughter here for her 8th birthday and the level of customer service was in rematched. Everything from recommendations on flavors to making us feel like we were the only customer in the store. Especially Rachel, don’t ever let her leave!

I just left the caravel today 05/21 around 4 pm.. I went with my girlfriend and we were kinda excited we haven't been out to eat ice cream at a carvel in a while.. and as soon as we came in the young man that was serving us didnt even greet us.. his demeanor and attitude was negative.. made us feel uncomfortable like we were disturbing him or something... I understand people have a bad day.. but don't let it out on the paying customer.. I work at publix and deal and serve customers all day.. and I would never make my. Customers feel.the way he made us feel.. but the good thi g is that there are carvels around.. I don't think we we go back again

Trash 👎.let me say I've been going to this location for years when I used to go there it used to be a short Indian girl very sweet very nice and I loved her customer service but about Saturday night...
Let's start with the with the fact that the young lady who was working was very rude, black Haitian girl very rude. I got there at about 9:07 it was four customers in there already I asked her about the chocolate volcano she rolls her eyes and said well what do you want because I'm closing at 9:30 I said well it doesn't close until 10:00, She says I have somewhere to be I said well what about the customers as I said that two door dash customers came in to pick up She did not want to make the ice cream The guy said he was supposed to come 15 minutes earlier and the ice cream still wasn't made.
I don't go to certain places because when I deal with younger people they're very rude and she was very very rude This location can't get any more of my money or time I ended up getting the Carvel cake The cake was old The ice cream tasted freezer burnt and I'm very upset I don't think the place should be in business at this point The ice cream in the freezer was melting half of the other side was old looking too this location has went down 👎. It was an older Indian lady also there and told me this visit a Coral Springs location the service and ice cream is better but at this point I won't visit anyone of the locations at all anymore.

Stopped in on a Monday around 11:30 am. The place was totally empty. The lady who served me was alright…not the best customer service, but passable.

I wasn’t overly impressed by my flavor (blue raspberry) but I thought the pricing was reasonable. That’s what I can say on the positive.

Also, the place wasn’t the cleanest. It’s too bad, because I believe it’s actually a very nice looking shop (long as you don’t look down)

I am always satisfied with my visits to Carvel! I don’t have any near me and they never disappoint when I have a sweet tooth. It was my first time actually trying the Strawberry sundae in a waffle bowl. I enjoyed the taste and will probably be ordering this from this point on. I add the pound cake in as well to have the best of both worlds. Overall, I don’t have any complaints! Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a nice treat that you stop by!
