Very disappointing experience with Cubeit.
We rented a storage container while renovating our home. The payment cycle was every 4 weeks, and all payments were made on time. Our renewal date was May 29, but unfortunately, we missed their call and were unable to cancel before the next billing cycle.

I contacted Cubeit on May 30, just one day after the renewal date, but they still charged the full 4-week fee of approximately $650 until June 29. I explained that I was only one day late and asked if they could charge a prorated amount, but I was told that charging the full 4 weeks is company policy.

We emptied and returned the container on June 5, only a few days later, yet no adjustment or refund was offered.

I understand that companies have policies, but I found this approach unfair and lacking flexibility. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other storage providers, such as U-Haul, home depot

The team at Cubeit was genuinely lovely to deal with. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, kind, and went out of their way to be helpful. It felt like they truly cared and made the whole experience feel easy and positive, which is amazing during stressful moving situations. Could not recommend them more :)

I had to deal with some financial changes on my account and Jackie at Cubeit was such an amazing help!!! I was having issues with my phone and my email account but she stuck with me and kept calling me back etc… to make sure it all worked out! Jackie was a wonderful help throughout the whole process and was so reassuring, as well as so friendly and kind. I couldn’t have asked for better service!!!!

The ordering process was quite good as the salesperson on the line took the time to explain and go through the issues that we faced in our driveway with our overhanging tree branches. And then Alex, the truck driver was superb as he worked the cube to the best position possible. Highly recommend.

I have had a shipping container for 6 months. I have loaded it and kept it in my driveway without issue. We are now set to ship it to storage as I have a 5 week hiatus between houses. So far so good.

They were prompt and friendly. Made every effort to protect driveway surface. When I requested an earlier pick up of the cube, they initially said it wasn’t possible. But they called back the same day to reschedule the pick up for the next day. If needed, I would definitely use this service again

Overall, we had a great experience with CubeIT. They delivered the Cube on-time and the driver was consistent throughout. He was able to maneuver the truck and cube in tight quarters. The Customer Support team was great and easy to get a hold of and was very price competitive. I would definitely recommend CubeIT.
