Very professional & very fast tonight!! The manager was working hard along with everyone. Alot of great attitudes! Great job guys!!! Customer service - 5 stars! (Ive never seen workers with such great attitudes with a busy line, & smiling, & trying to make all customers happy) WOW! & also thank yall for having so many workers!!! Food was hot! I came from the hospital hungry so, Thank you thank you!

Every single time I come in this store it's complete chaos at first I was giving grace because they had just opened but now it's completely always an issue. Waited today for 25 minutes on an order there was 3/4 employees at the front bagging and just confusing the orders . It's so frustrating to watch management just let their employees drown in orders and listen to the talk ugly to the customers, and nothing get done.
And I don't give up I love the food just this team they have put together is a lot of young kids with no respect not even for each other it's sad to watch.
I tried to used my rewards points and the girl helping at kiosk told me I couldn't use them at their location that's crazy it's always something with their system being down.
Just an over all bad experience every time
Do better management get your team together

Purchased a gallon of Hawaiian Punch, asked for the cups… was rudely told that cups don’t come with the gallon and we had to purchase them separately. Had we known, would have purchased separate drinks. Also was forced to use the kiosk bc we were paying with card. Had the actual cashier be available during ordering this could have been prevented. Latonya was the worst. Her co workers even seemed to be annoyed when she walked in. She proceeded to get an attitude and even call the cops. Mind you she wasn’t present at the time of me ordering. My family had damn near finished our meal before receiving the drink. We also ordered classic and received spicy. However the chicken was fresh so I let that slide.

The cashier Angel and the Manager Michelle were both professional and friendly. The service was prompt and with many smiles. The restaurant was also clean with the employees cleaning as they go. Even though they had a full parking lot and drive thru the atmosphere was calm. I will definitely be back as I enjoyed the exceptional customer service.
