I love Chipotle.. this store is messed up. I asked for extra brown rice. She gave me white rice, was yelling at cooks while serving the white rice. I asked for brown from thw start. I asked for honey chicken. I got HOT chicken, and barley any rice. Then I got extra charged for a tablespoon of queso?? Get real people your a servant of the industry. Ohhh and let's not forget Chipotles modo about fresh food?? My chips are old and stale and I asked for different ones.

The lady said they where all made yesterday. So.... after being hot and working in heat all day I just wanted some food mainly rice. But thanks for nothing.

I come here every day sometimes twice a day never had any type of issue. The people are always extremely kind however, today, Cheyenne put Shame to the company name. She has an absolute disgrace, confronted with an issue and she immediately gets hostile and demanding. It was a terrible experience and Made me feel like the smallest person in the world just trying to pick up a small Togo .

Cheyenne, I sincerely hope you have the day you deserve do better. We're all humans !

The experience started when we got to the restaurant. The bathroom had water all over the floor. Then upon notifying the staff they attempted to clean it up but there was still a very unsafe amount of water. My potty training toddler had to use the bathroom so there was no choice but to go. The food made my whole family sick to our stomachs. They don't seem to be following proper food safety. The building was a mess, Floors unswept, zero napkins, fresca waterdown. After I witnessed staff finally filling napkins I said thank you and got a very snarky huff back. I thought this location was going to be good since it looked newer but I was very very disappointed. The district manager should be called in to evaluate them.

Burto g I know I am probably not spelling that right but I just have to give this guy a shout out. I pick up catering orders here all the time weekly multiple times. I have watched this guy over the past couple months and let me tell you he is phenomenal! I've tried to poach him a couple different times, but my company does not do something. He wouldn't be interested in unfortunately! This gentleman is going places to say the Least. Chipotle, you are very lucky to have this gentleman working as hard as he does as I know he's probably not compensated as well as he should be as most of us are not! To see somebody so passionate and kind as he is put a huge smile on my face as a business owner and gives me tremendous hope for the future. Don't stop what you're doing. I know days may seem rough, but you got this.

New Chipotle location right outside Kroger on Emerson Avenue. A perfect spot for Chipotle to open a store as the nearest one in this area is on US 31. We went in for dinner and they have plenty of parking around with a drive through faculty which is a big plus. I was excited to try a new location but to my disappointment place needs more organization as I saw paper tissues on the floor, some tables still had little leftover from other customers. Some servers were smiling some were dead serious no greeting no smiling. I thought it's a new store people should be excited working here but I guess they need more training. I took rice bowl the ingredients were great and it tasted good. Will try in future and will update the review if I will find the changes I mentioned above.
