I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime at various dealerships all over Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee as well. My purchase at Beechmont Ford was one of the smoothest transactions I've ever had. My salesperson, Robert Palmer, was absolutely fantastic. The management was easy to talk to and work with, and the finance guy was quick and efficient as well. Beechmont Ford operates like a well-oiled machine. I had a great experience there, and I would consider buying from them again, even though they are over 100 miles from my home. Thank you, Beechmont Ford, for getting me into the car that I wanted.

Beechmont Ford, specifically Shaun Foist was professional and easy to work with during my process of researching, evaluating and eventually selecting a 2026 Mustang Mach E. Everyone from the Sales Manager, Michael Mikles, to Brandon Messmore, the Finance Manager, made this an excellent experience. Eric, another sale professional, was super helpful in getting all the electronics/tech setup and explained.

Robert was very friendly and professional and the transaction was painless & smooth. Had a great experience buying our first FORD truck. We didn’t feel any pressure or being rushed in buying it. We also met Shawn, he was nice and accommodating but we had to leave and when we came back he was assisting another customer but i just want to acknowledge his good customer service as well. Both Robert & Shawn were great. Rich (manager) was also nice! Great Beechmont Team! My son loves his new truck!

We drove almost an hour and a half to Beechmont Ford to look at a used vehicle. Chad Williams was amazing, he confirmed availability before we made the drive, had it ready and waiting for us upon arrival and was extremely helpful through the rest of the process, from the test drive, to negotiations all the way through final purchase. He even gave us time on our own to look over the vehicle and discuss how we wanted to proceed. We are extremely happy with our purchase and would be happy to have Chad as our salesman again.
