Excellent experience with Motor Werks Cadillac. Sam Hutter was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Brent Wells as well for staying involved and helping oversee the process to make sure everything came together smoothly. We really appreciated the communication, attention to detail, and teamwork from everyone involved. We’re very happy with our new Cadillac and would definitely recommend the Motor Werks team.

We had an outstanding experience with our sales representative Bill (Bilal).
From the moment we arrived he greeted us outside instead of us having to walk inside. He quickly prepped the two vehicles we wanted to test drive. While he represents Cadillac, he was very knowledgeable in the two Lexus SUVs we were considering.
He was patient while we debated both vehicles & hospitable with beverages.
Once we made our decision he was speedy with the paperwork.
I will agree with other reviewers that the additional warranty is a hard sell from a different individual.
We needed an extra key made that Bill handled that afternoon. He had the car detailed and ready when we requested.
Our experience at Motor Werks Cadillac and especially Bill was outstanding! My wife was not looking forward to dealing with "a car salesman". We were relieved within moments of meeting Bill that he would be assisting us. This is our third vehicle purchased from the Barrington location and we will be back when future needs arise.

After waiting three weeks for Cadillac of Northbrook to repair the engine on my Escalade with little to no progress, I decided to bring it to Motor Werks Cadillac in Barrington. It was the best decision I could have made.

The team diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary parts, and had my vehicle repaired in just four working days. The level of professionalism, communication, and efficiency was outstanding from start to finish.

I especially want to recognize Erin, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and made navigating the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible. His customer service was exceptional, and I truly appreciate everything he did to help get my vehicle back on the road.

If you’re looking for a Cadillac dealership that values your time, communicates honestly, and delivers quality work, I highly recommend Motor Werks Cadillac in Barrington. Thank you to Erin and the entire service team for turning a frustrating experience into a great customer experience.

Where do I even begin? This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from Motor Werks, and once again they exceeded my expectations. You get the experience of a high-end dealership without the high-end prices.

Michael and Chris handled everything from start to finish, and I was in and out in just 55 minutes. They were professional, personable, and made the entire process feel like I was doing business with longtime friends rather than salespeople.

Let’s be honest—it’s not always easy to trust people in the car business. But these guys are different. They’re honest, straightforward, and never once played games or pressured me. I even joked that they could sign the paperwork for me because the process was that easy.

In less than an hour, I traded in my vehicle and drove away in another. No gimmicks. No back-and-forth. No exhausting sales tactics. Just honest, efficient service.

If you’re looking for a dealership that truly values your time and treats you like family, Motor Werks is the place. And as a bonus, the Starbucks inside serves one of the best shaken espressos I’ve ever had.

I’ll definitely be back for my next vehicle. Highly recommended!

10/10.
