BMW of Barrington was amazing. My sales representative, Daniel, was outstanding. As an out-of-state buyer purchasing a used car, he made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. From our first phone call to meeting in person, he was personable, transparent, and professional. He made sure the car that was advertised was the exact car I received, answered all of my questions honestly, and kept me informed every step of the way. I also appreciated that the dealership followed through on what we discussed and made the buying process straightforward, with no surprises. I felt well taken care of from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daniel and BMW of Barrington to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.

Yesterday, I bought my “new to me” M440i from Joshua at BMW Barrington. I love the car but it was the sales process that really stands out. Josh and his manager Greg made everything as simple as possible and never pressured me. Since I was out of town when I started my inquiry, they were able to answer all of my questions via text and phone. I only had to show up on Saturday, drive the car, and sign paperwork. I even had a BMW “genius” help me set up my app and car preferences. … and then I drove off with my iced latte from the dealership’s own Starbucks. Best car buying experience ever!

Customer service could not be better. From the moment we walked in up until when we drove off the lot, we felt welcome and listened to. There wasn't the usual high pressure tactics. Angel attended to us from start to finish and it felt like we've known each other for years. The young lady (I forgot her name) that works at Genius, the department that helps customized the car setting to your liking, walked us through the set up. She was quite knowledgeable and courteous. This whole experience was admirable. Thank you guys!

Had an awesome experience buying my RS5 from BMW Barrington. Celena Will made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free from start to finish. She was super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Couldn’t be happier with the car or the experience — highly recommend asking for Celena!
