First and foremost, the M8 i purchased is a very beautiful, nothing to complain about it. However, the nightmare starts in terms of the title. I was been told since I’m an out of state cash buyer I have to register it in my state myself. That’s not a problem at all. But It’s been more than 2 months that I haven’t received original title of this car, how am I able to register it in dmv without title. Things was getting even worse when I checked Carfax report trying to trail some details about title, then I found out a title was issued out on 8/25 by IL DMV and with 89243 miles record….. I bought it with 30000 miles on dashboard.
The manager Darren and sales person explained it’s an error that I have to contact Carfax to fix. Ok, thats fine. But at least you need to give me a title with correct mileage on it. I’ve never left any bad reviews for anyone. But this was a very terrible experience.

MW Infiniti service department is superb. Jason and Kira provided excellent service in understanding my issue, having a tech look at my issue, providing a loaner and scheduling a return appointment when my replacement part arrived. The technician who first evaluated my problem and subsequently replaced the defective component was extremely careful with my automobile. The whole team expedited both of my service appointments to get me back in my automobile as quickly as possible. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an oil change in February and two months later the drain plug fell off of the oil pan and left me stranded on the highway for over five hours. I called Motorwerks and spoke with service at Infiniti and was told they would have to inspect the car before they covered it….and then said I had not been there since February, indicating the problem was not their fault.

I was there in February for a recall where they had to drain the engine oil to inspect the pan for metal. They then charged me a “discounted oil change rate” of over $60.

Thankfully, I found the drain plug in the heat shield when I was under my car and noticed that the crush washer was not crushed. Proving this issue was a direct result of negligence by the dealership. I would never have been able to prove this was their error, without the drain plug, and I knew that based off the conversation I had with the service writer and his tone when I called. My car was covered in oil, and now the rear of my car has a rust spot from the oil getting under the paint. Thankfully, I am not an idiot and shut my car off before my engine sustained permanent damage; ultimately saving Motorwerks thousands of dollars in repairs due to their negligence and error.

The compensation I received for saving this dealership thousands of dollars, was being stranded for 5 hours on the highway, the purchase of an aftermarket drain plug, synthetic oil, and the following day another 2 hours in the dealership for them to “inspect” and do another oil change and replace the OEM drain plug. They washed my vehicle, but the oil was not fully cleaned from under my car or from the heat shield, and remained on my back up camera.

Though I appreciate that they covered the oil change, and offered my next one free, this is just not enough. As much as I’d love to save money and receive my next oil change free, I have lost trust and confidence in this dealership, despite purchasing my car there, and know that my time and business means nothing to them even though I saved them a significant amount of money by remaining stranded on the side of the road instead of trying to make it home. I gave two stars because Jason was kind.

The car buying process was fantastic from start to finish! We bought a QX60 and were assisted by Arkadiusz and Edwin. They did a great job and were very knowledgeable about the cars and the process. They were very hospitable, willing to show and move multiple cars for us, always offering us a drink and ensuring we knew our way around the dealership. Lorena did a great job as well and made us feel welcome. Nice job all around. Thank you!
