Arman and his team did a fabulous job. A well known company proposed to fix the crack in my foundation by repairing from inside the house. Delta repaired my foundation from the outside and even added rigid insulation.
The work was completed in a few days.

I had an unusual situation were a window well did not have proper drainage and could not be connected to the French drain. Hence I had two water infiltration insurance claims. After discussing this with Arman, he quickly came up with a solution and discussed it with me step by step. The quote was very reasonable and would be done before an impending major rainfall. As I could not be home on the second day of the job I was constantly provided by pictures to show me what was being done. The project was completed in a timely manner and the site was left in an impeccable state. After the abundant rainfall the basement was dry. I don’t have to think about this anymore. Thanks to Arman and his team for finding a solution and giving me peace of mind - priceless!
