Frank and team installed a triple safe pump and explained everything very well, how it works and any maintenance to do.
The new setup is amazing with a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a backup pump with battery now with two pipe outputs. Much much better and more secure than our old pump.
They installed and took care of everything from start to finish. They also covered the old pipe exit.
It’s a big job so it took many hours but it’s beautiful once it’s done.

Excellent work by Ghouti on the repair of our French drain. We bought our house last year and were dealing with some humidity issues that appeared to be caused by both a rodent blocking the french drain and an installation issue from years ago.

We contacted Sous-Sol Québec, who had originally installed the system for the previous owner. They had no problem honoring the warranty, even though we weren’t the original customers. Ghouti completed the repair professionally and efficiently, and we’re very satisfied with the service.

Simon came by for the initial visit and took the time to clearly explain the situation, the proposed solution, and what the work would involve. He was very patient with us throughout the process and answered all of our questions, which we really appreciated.

From that first visit all the way through the actual job with Cedrick, the foreman, and his crew, the experience was excellent. The team was professional, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was done very well, and they kept things organized throughout the process.

We really appreciated the care they took and the quality of the job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with basement water issues.

I’m very happy with the advice and recommendations Pierre‑Luc provided. He was patient, professional, and thorough, he took his time and answered all of my questions clearly and confidently. He was also very direct and honest, without sugarcoating anything.

He explained that the foundation would require significant work, showed me concrete examples and reviewed each unit to understand the structural impact. Using a rotary laser, he was able to clearly demonstrate that the building had settled.
