Great service. They installed a new sump pump for us and they took the time to figure out our problems and recommend a solution. Work was done quickly and cleanly. Very smooth from start to finish. Nice people. Would recommend.

Excellent Company!
I just had an interior drainage system and sum pump replaced with a back up battery.
Exceptional service from the entire team. Patricia was wonderful, Gray was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the system’s function. Alexei and his team did an amazing job; went through the work that was done everyday before leaving . They were punctual, clean, polite and respectful.

Sous-sol Confort has just finished the renovation of my crawl space in an 80-year old house. I’m very pleased with the result. Very professional and friendly crew and everything was completely clean and clear when they left. Communication with management to book the appointment was simple and accommodating of our needs. Both the crew and management were regularly inquiring during the job that everything was going as I wanted it to. We encountered a few unexpected problems but we jointly solved them. I recommend Sous-sol Confort!

The workers were very professional. They arrived on time, took care to ensure furniture was covered in plastic to avoid dust, they cleaned up before leaving and even finished 1 day early. Overall very satisfied with their job and will wait until the spring time to see if the french drain installation and water infiltration protection works well.
