Iris gave me the best customer service experience at this Popeyes, that I ever had. She was awesome from her intro at the drive thru speaker & when I pulled up to the window. She verified everything and asked to see if I needed to make any modifications with my order. Absolutely amazing voice and face of the establishment. My food is always fresh from this location!

ordered food on doordash a few minutes after 10 pm. It is now 11:08 pm. and my food is just now ready. my DoorDash driver sat there for FOREVER. first it was out of large cups…that’s fine. but almost an hour for 3 chicken tenders and fried pickles. seems to be people have good experiences during lunch hours so maybe it’s the shift swap but night time needs to step it up. also didn’t put straws in my bag!

This Popeyes in Flowood is very much so standard. The food is good. The service is good. The atmosphere is nice and fresh and new. Prices are acceptable.
