I visited this McDonald’s on July 3rd around 7:50 pm and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I waited about 20 minutes for my order, which I understand can happen, especially during busy times.
The woman wearing a blue shirt, who I believe was the manager, was very disrespectful and unprofessional she dint even told me I was gonna wait for a long time, I had to ask her when my food is gonna come out and when I did she did even responded, but she was there! Instead of treating customers with courtesy, she had a rude attitude and made the situation unpleasant.

I understand that delays can happen, but that’s not an excuse to treat customers poorly. If she was the manager, I hope the store addresses this because management should set the example for good customer service. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen during my visit.

Went into the drive thru, greeted immediately and pleasantly! It's late at night, the graveyard shift. I asked for a burger with extra cheese and boy howdy did they deliver! Honestly, made my night!

Decide to stop by for ice coffee i ask while ordering for extra liquid sugar as I'm aware it normally cost.. i tasted the coffee was extremely nasty. Asked the lady working did she add she said(attidude from her of course) no; I told her I stated at window but they are to busy rushing you while taking your order as your in the drive thru, not to mention I had to ask her the price for my whole order she took, they want your money ready but never tell you the price of order.

Mainly Spanish employees which is fine; but they need to be trained properly when it comes to dealing with people; and trained properly especially when its a big known company.

Not to mention my recipt says packet not extra liquid sugar; I normally dispute this cuz this is not what i bought if u charge for liquid sugar it needs to state that cuz thats not the product of what was purchased.

First thing in the morning like 6am ;
mcdonald nobody wants a bad experience with bad customer service;

First, on every mc Donald’s place I been , they ask me if I want to use the mobile app. She didn’t ask, and when I say I want to used the mobile app she said so aggressive what’s the number and she didn’t write the number so I can get points. Then she said aggressive again can you speak more loud I don’t hear what are you saying and all this were in Spanish cuz me and she speak Spanish and she even cannot understand Spanish cuz she saying rude can you speak loud like what’s going on in this mc Donald’s this were on 12/27/25 at 10.32 pm she was on the drive-thru. She have to work a lot on customer service practice.

I love dining here because of the options where to dine. There is an upstairs and ground floor dining areas with beautiful view of Crystal City or Jefferson Hwy.

The staff is friendly and professional. They always get my order right. Bathroom is clean and the dining areas are clean. Upstairs is spacious and cozy. There are flatscreens and the view is great of the hotels and buildings on Jefferson Davis Hwy. The restaurant gets heavy foot traffic as well as vehicle traffic for the drive thru.
