For those of you who need to find a cold stone The Plaza or the one off McKinley will be your best bet !

DO NOT go to the cold stone by Lowe’s ;
After the bad service and denial of honoring a coupon YOUR store CHOSE to place in shop Riverside, we were told to “get the reward program” why we would continue with the reward program? We have it just will not go to this store again.

(If you can’t honor the one you chose in shop, Riverside what makes us think you’ll honor the one for the reward program?)

For shop Riverside cards the stores are very specific. If you cannot honor it, don’t offer it. It’s a manipulative way of getting someone to order a bigger item and then not Honoring what they get.
For Example ordering the “got to have it” size waffle cone and then not being able to discount it. Absolute manipulation.
In addition you take no responsibility for the lack of care your employees have. Skimping on toppings …. Adding a scoop of ice cream to the top because they misjudged the amount, being too lazy to call and figure out a simple coupon -
Disappointing to say the least - we use to enjoy coming here every Sat . Now we are lucky if we come every other month.

I visited the store tonight at 6:55 pm. I ordered two ice creams. I was the only person in the store. On the second order they didn’t put enough ice cream and very little mixins. When they put it in the bowl it was not enough so they just added some ice cream on top until it was filled. I showed them a coupon for a free waffle cone. They stood at register for several minutes trying to figure out how to enter the coupon. After not figuring it out, one of them said they would not honor the coupon.

This cold stone is beyond sketchy. They skimp you on the toppings and the customer service was horrid. Especially the Manager I think she was Dina. They all act like they don’t want to be there and are so annoyed you are asking questions. I didn’t even get the Ice cream, I was afraid someone did something to it.

Update: Still great as ever…oops, spoke too soon. I had to downgrade this time because they have become very skimpy on the toppings. Ordering the Berry, Berry, Berry Good, the toppings couldn’t even get the white ice cream to change colors.

Old from 3-years ago: This ice cream place is a classic. My kids grew up on their ice cream every Sunday afternoon. My how time flies.

The place was very clean, the cashier was very courteous, fast and efficient. I would definitely visit again.
