Such a pleasant experience overall. Friendly people, clean environment, and excellent attention to detail.

Been there "a few" times. Never had a bad experience as far as service, always friendly staff as far as I am concerned. BUT, whose idea was it to do away with the most delicious Rasberry Sorbet?? That was the best!

The ice cream is delicious, but today’s service was very poor. The girl serving me was unfriendly and impatient. I had to ask her to add the cake piece in my Strawberry Blonde, and she ended up replacing it with peanut crumble. She also threw away the leftover strawberries instead of adding them to my ice cream.

Great ice cream, but the service today was disappointing.

This Cold Stone is located on Nob Hill in the plaza near Cleary which also houses Winn Dixie. I don’t come often but I was delighted with the new-for-me alternative: Silk chocolate almond milk as well as their summer promo.

The premises weren’t spotless but they looked just as expected at closing on a well-trafficked Wednesday night. Service was above average with the young ladies who worked this shift serving us [genuinely] happily.

We love the ice-cream filled cupcakes and took some home. For those Barbie fans, they’re currently offering a Barbie cake and they deliver. It was a great experience and we look forward to returning!

Great service, the young lady heloing me was amazing! I have to go back to catch her name. I ended up leaving a 100% tip, so good. I was eating my icecream outside and a lady stop and said " I'm sorry I'm staring at your ice cream it looks so good"
