I believe it’s under a new ownership. Just started going here and I love it. It’s close by they get me in right away and everyone’s friendly prices seem reasonable for veterinary care so happy to have a place between the Fairfield neighborhoods.

We were disappointed with our regular veterinary service and reached out to New London Veterinary Center. Our 18 year old cat had reached the end of her life and we needed assistance with euthanizing her. New London accepted us as a new patient and assisted us in this procedure. Our technician was very compassionate and made this rough time for us much more bearable. We are very grateful for the professional manner in which we were treated at this end of life time for our pet.

I have taken my cats to New London Vet Center for many years. Despite changing owners a few years ago, they are still privately owned and the care reflect that. Easy to get appts for wellness or when my pets are ill and they know my cats!

I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience here. From the second we walked in the door, we felt welcomed, and more importantly, Norma (our pup) was at ease.

We were greeted by a friendly front desk who was ecstatic to meet Norma. She even taught her how to sit! Our vet tech was amazing with Norma, and took the time to explain the appointment and what was recommended.

Then we got to meet the doctor. We actually "met" Dr. Travis in the waiting room before the appointment (without knowing he was our doctor). He was talking with a family whose dog had been attacked earlier that day. Dr. Travis must have performed a procedure and palliative care for their dog, and he was going over the prognosis, home care, and expected recovery. The compassion, love, and time that he gave this family let me know that we were in the right place.

Dr. Travis is truly a dog whisperer. Norma did not flinch through any of her vaccines, or examination. He let us know that for new patient appointments, he sets aside ample time to address all concerns. As a new, and first time, dog owner, I was so appreciative of this, because we definitely had a lot of questions. Dr. Travis answered all of our questions and made personal recommendations based on what he does for his dogs. Not once did we feel rushed, or that our questions were silly. He was clear and compassionate in his answers. We walked away feeling more confident as dog owners, and incredibly confident in our new vet and his team.

As a human healthcare provider who focuses on individualized, compassionate, and accommodative care, I was so happy to see that type of healthcare exists in the animal world. I'm glad to know that privately owned veterinary centers still exist. The experience they give is beyond compare.

Thank you to Dr. Travis and his entire team. You truly have created an amazing practice.

Everyone at New London Veterinary Center was extremely supportive and friendly when I finally managed to get the sociable stray cat I'd been taking care of in for an examination - they even managed to neuter him that day so that I wouldn't have to try to get him back a second time - things went very well and he's doing great. I am very grateful for their kindness and would highly recommend them! Many thanks!
