They did a great job fixing flashings and general maintenance and cleaning. They were really good about cleaning the whole area after they left.

I had Urban Roofing replace my roof in 2021. Well, within 2 years had a leak around my woodstove pipe. I have tried calling many times since that happened over the last few years and never did they come out. Left messages and spoke with the owner's wife, promised they would come out an nothing. Had a separate roof leak this past winter and called and left several messages. No return calls. Just terrible customer service once you pay for the roof to be installed!

Dave & crew did ice dam removal for us. They did an exceptionally through job, working late in the evening to make sure it was done right. I wouldn't use any other company.

Dave is amazing… Explained issue(s) in detail and extremely honest too about what should be addressed soon.. and what could wait. Had a time crunch and he totally accommodated… super responsive and really went above and beyond. So very fortunate Urban Roofing was recommended! Call Dave!

Overall very very satisfied with the work from Urban Roofers.

First, a leak in our roof was incorrectly repaired by the folks at Nauman Inc. I called Urban Roofing and they immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it.

Around the same time we decided to embark on a full replacement of our roof. Dave and the team were knowledgeable, diligent, and professional through a very long process with insurance. We always got an update when we needed it. The actual work was handled very quickly. We have a new roof and I could not be more satisfied. I'm a new homeowner and navigating this complex process was made very easy with the expertise and responsiveness of the team at Urban Roofing. Highly recommend!
