Our baby Winnie got really sick last night and we did unfortunately have to have her euthanized. These people were so kind throughout the whole process. Thank you so much for caring for her. I hope we never have a reason to need an emergency vet again but if we do, we'll come here.

Sent here with our pup for further work up from our vet and she was diagnosed with pancreatitis! Everyone from the front desk, the triage techs, the vets, all were so kind, patient and re-assuring. We had an out of the country trip planned and could not cancel and our pup had to be hospitalized for 2 nights but we felt like she was in the best hands possible here, they let us visit her before we left and call at any time for updates. Will 100% return if ever needed.

Im so upset right now! i went in late at night with my friends dog that got hit by a car. Do you know the first thing they did was talk about money?!?!?! i mean the kids and us were in there and kids were screaming and crying!?!? i get it you are a business but at least give us a minute to process and i mean give the frickin dog some pain meds so hes not hurting anymore!!! i didnt have money on me to pay for any surgeries but i thought that i could pay later after doing a fundraiser but no so they said that they could just put him down and that we wouldnt get the ashes!!!! WHAT??? HE IS NOT EVEN yalls dog so give me the ashes and then they said $100 for mold of paw prints like what but i said sure because i thought it was going to be a mold of a paw print. I get something in the mail and it a tiny piece of paper of paint paw prints! a $100 for a little piece of paper with paw prints????? thats not worth $100!?!!!im so upset and mad never again will i go up there!!! ON TOP OF THAT WHEN WE WERE THERE THEY ROLLED THE DOG IN WITH AN IV IN THE ROOM AND PUT THE DOG DOWN IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER AND THEIR KIDS WITHOUT SAYING THAT!!!! THESE KIDS WERE 10 to 13 like seriously!!!! Also they have no phone number! its disconected so no one can call them!!! outside the place their number is all over the llace and it says call but its disconnected!!! what kind of business does that???? I thiught they would be awesome because they all ran out there tk grab him but the secong they realize we only had a few hundred on us they decided to just stop looking at the dog!! he was their family!!! this is ridiculous!!!

We were sent here for emergency surgery on 3/18/26 from urgent care. We were fully prepared to spend thousands on surgery - anything for our boy. Dr. Troy (my apologies for forgetting his last name. My blurry eyes could only make out his first name) was working this evening. His training, experience, intuition…maybe a combination of all 3…told him to do further testing before letting us sign off on a 3k-5k surgery. Even though we gladly would have paid it. Because of this further testing, we found out that our Sammie boy had an aggressive cancer that no surgery or treatment would have cured. We took him home for a send off. Unfortunately, even with comfort medication from Dr. Troy, Sam was declining by the hour. We had to bring him in the very next day for euthanasia. By the grace of God, Dr. Troy was there again. Dr. Troy, as well as the staff, were so incredibly compassionate and understanding while our family was suffering pure devastation. I could feel their genuine concern and that little bit of solace was more important than they’ll ever know. Sam was the most important dog we’ve ever owned. He was our family’s soul dog, and deserved nothing but top tier care. He received it with Dr. Troy and the staff. We had a very positive experience in the level of care we received, and will not hesitate to bring our other animals here for any future emergent needs.
Thank you for treating our Sammie with so much love during the last hours, minutes and seconds of his life.

This review is in memory of Sam “Sammie, Salmon, Sammerton” Taylor. 11/7/2015-3/19/2026.

Everyone was awesome! Thank you all so much for your kindness and professionalism During a very stressful time for my family. Fortunately we were able to get our fur baby Kain help and save his life. Thank you! We have had to come here many times throughout the years with different fur babies and and everyone has always been nice and passionate. We would highly recommend!
