Following a break-in at my home, during which my Hublot watch was stolen, I visited the Hublot boutique, where I had the pleasure of meeting Vicky Xsa.
I explained that I was exploring replacement options within the price range covered by my insurance. Vicky was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. She asked all the right questions, took the time to understand my preferences, and showed me several beautiful styles. Once I found what I liked, I informed her that my insurance company would be contacting her.
A month later, Vicky personally followed up to let me know that my insurance company had never reached out. I was genuinely impressed by her initiative and professionalism!
From that point forward, she remained in constant communication with both my insurance adjuster and me, patiently explaining the payment process and ensuring that everything was properly arranged and registered in my name. While we waited for the insurance cheque to clear, she continued to keep me informed—even during her vacation in New York City! Now, THAT is exceptional customer service!
Throughout this entire ordeal, Vicky also introduced me to Omar and Jhonnattan, both of whom were equally professional, understanding, and supportive.
What began as an unfortunate experience turned into an exceptionally pleasant one, thanks to these wonderful individuals. They provided not only reassurance and peace of mind but also made the entire process genuinely enjoyable.
My sincere compliments to Hublot for having such outstanding people representing such a prestigious brand. Vicky, Omar, and Jhonnattan exemplify the professionalism, personal attention, and excellence one would expect from a luxury brand.
Thank you all for going above and beyond. It was truly a pleasure dealing with you!

Very warm , supportive team at Hublot Yorkdale. The staff are technically sound on their time pieces and provided helpful insight for our watch setting and operation. Omar and Vicky were exceptional in providing professional knowledge. The boutique was very welcoming. Thank you for your fabulous service!

I left my watch here for warranty service over 7 months ago, and I still have not received a clear update. Every time I call, I’m told someone will get back to me, but no one ever follows up.

This level of communication and customer service is very disappointing. A simple update or timeline would make a big difference. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves how they handle warranty customers.

Beautiful store, lovely staff but useless service from their head office. I waited almost five months for my watch battery replacement to be returned and now almost three months for a watch strap that I can’t access anywhere else. Jonas has been amazing but I would never buy HUBLOT again.
