I had a bad experience visiting this store. There was no SA greeting us, where at first I thought they are all just busy servicing other customers. But after 5 minutes standing and browsing, there was no one checking on us at all. We were totally ignored. After we finally got help from one SA, she did not introduce the piece and seemed inpatient and unwelcome. It was an unpleasant experience.

Avoid this store and the salesperson “VICKY”, she is very rude and disrespectful and does not deserve your business.

We had multiple purchases done at this store or online and picked up from this store, and it happened to be her that we met a few times, and she always makes the experience very unpleasant and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, as soon as you start taking a little bit longer or ask a few more questions she starts raising her voice and changing her tone and acts like she does not have time for you and you need to purchase fast and be out the doors.

This shouldn’t be David Yurman’s standards and all the other negative reviews are a proof of poor customer service in this store.
Very disappointing, they really need to make some changes here.

I decided to visit the David Yurman store in person to try a few pieces on, and honestly, the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, there was zero greeting or acknowledgment — no hello, no check-in, nothing. We were left completely alone until I finally asked to try on a pair of earrings myself.

Even during the try-on, there was barely any assistance or guidance. The only real interaction I got was being asked whether I wanted to buy them or not, which made the whole experience feel transactional and unwelcoming rather than luxury.

Ironically, the lack of service just pushed me to go home and purchase online instead. For a brand positioned as high-end, the in-store experience should feel elevated — and this absolutely did not.

Honestly, this location has no business being in the mall if this is the level of service. You’re better off going to Holt Renfrew to try pieces on, or just buying online and skipping the store entirely.

Been planning a while to busy and see the pieces in person that I'd seen online. I was greeted at the door, then redirected to Alexandra who was very kind and helpful. She helped with size, variety and material. Knew what she is talking about and knew what I wanted. I left the store as a happy customer!
