Alyssia at the Fairview Mall Birks helped me to sélect a new Diamond ring. She listened to what I was looking for and took me right away to a beautiful selection.
I immediately saw the one to purchase and she helped me to pair with the matching earings and then explained to me a few additional financing options. She set aside my sélections and communicated with me to when they would be ready and even arranged to have her colleague take care of me as I picked up the items on her off day. I’ve become impatient when shopping so Alyssia’s help made the expérience enjoyable. I’ll be back in a year for my next purchse :)

Had a great experience buying a watch at this store. The staff were very friendly and professional, and Arli provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Highly recommend this store, especially if you get the chance to work with Arli. Definitely worth a visit!

Sunday, We visited that store looking for rings, we spent 5mins browsing and no one approach, we saw 2 salesperson working at that time, there were a lady and a man(older age and wearing suit ) working at that time. ( there were only 1 couple at the store and the lady was serving them) .The man was playing his phone all the time without a glance until we asked the lady for help. She told the other salesperson like “there is someone in the store “.

We have been Birks from yorkdale location couple times, and the service we received were completely different.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my first Roberto Coin piece from Gabby. She is so patient as I had visited the store multiple times looking at different products before deciding on a beautiful necklace. She gave honest advice and truly has her clients’ best interest in mind!

Store manager Carlos is a sweetheart .
They are so welcoming and accommodating unlike other locations I have visited in the past .
Birks staff at Fairview location go above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience .
Zulfia calls me after my purchases just to make sure I am happy with my selection . That’s great customer service .
