We recently had the pleasure of working with River Bend Windows and Doors, and I can confidently say the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish.

Shawn, Richard, and their team consistently demonstrated exceptional customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Every time I had questions or needed assistance, they were patient, courteous, and quick to respond. Their communication was excellent, and their pricing was very competitive compared to other companies we considered.

What stood out most was the level of care they took with our home. After completing the work, they left the site cleaner than when they arrived — including cleaning the windows and carefully putting all furniture back in place. That kind of respect for a customer’s home is rare and greatly appreciated.

The quality of workmanship, combined with their professionalism and customer-focused approach, made this an outstanding experience. I would absolutely recommend River Bend Windows and Doors to friends and family without hesitation.

We had a great experience with Riverbend Windows & Doors for our windows and doors installation. From the very beginning, choosing the products and placing the order, to the final installation - the whole process was a breeze. They were helpful, honest, and thorough throughout the process. The crew arrived exactly on time, were very respectful, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the work. It was clear they truly take pride in their craft. The attention to detail and care they put into the installation really showed. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

Front Door-Patio Door-16 windows

Nothing but excellent service and quality from start to finish. From the first day that we had Shawn out to quote our project, our questions were answered quickly. We were never pressured into anything. The quote was very reasonable for high quality products.

Tricia, the service manager was exceptional. She tolerated my copious questions and multiple changes and indecision and always with a smile. She showed me around their showroom and explained all the different window types and options, helping me make informed choices.

Finally, when the windows and doors came in, the team that came to install them was amazing. Richard, “team leader and master installer” made sure everything was done correctly. They always arrived when they said they would and were extremely clean and always pleasant.

I truly have nothing negative to say. We are very pleased with our new windows and doors.

Highly recommend Riverbend Windows with Shawn & his team. From the start communication and prices from Shawn were great. They also do inside doors which we needed. Install was last August. I started with Matt & Jacob for a few days , then Matt & Shawn. It was only 3 days to install my order. Patio door/screen, front/ side doors with screens, bedroom window, bathroom window, hall closet doors, kitchen privacy door, bedroom door & new cold storage door. I had to wait for a back order in the screen doors but that was no issue with me. The guys were super helpful helping us out with our new doorbells! Sorry for the late post! I hope to have Riverbend back over time to finish the rest of my windows!
