The Most Incredible Experience - We Didn't Want It to End!

I had high hopes for Everlasting Moments, but unfortunately my overall experience was disappointing. From the beginning, I found the introductory call with Paunch to be unprofessional and a bit pushy. Despite this we really liked their work and package pricing so decided to go ahead regardless.

Our family experienced a death before our wedding, which required us to cancel and reschedule several events. During an already difficult time, I found the team to be largely unresponsive until I made it clear I was not looking for a refund but rather a rescheduling of events.

We were married in November 2025, and although we have been told our photos are ready, we still have not received the hard drive containing our images as promised in the contract. We only received a link with non-downloadable photos. I have reached out multiple times via email and have been continuously reassured that the hard drive will be sent however we have yet to receive it.

I do want to recognize Diana, who was wonderful on our wedding day. She did an excellent job directing us during photos and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. We are very happy with her work and how our photos turned out.

Unfortunately, aside from Diana’s efforts, my experience with Everlasting Moments has been disappointing. The communication and customer service fell well below my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this to my family/friends and would not use again.

There are not enough words to share just how grateful we are for having Everlasting Moments as our photographers for our wedding. They captured the most stunning, heartfelt and precious moments of our day and we cannot get over how perfect every single photo is!!!!!! Our families are also in awe of the quality and care put into the photography. Thank you Everlasting for providing us with endless memories that we can enjoy and look back on forever. You are all so wonderful!!!!

Wow!! Just wow!! Completely blown away by our wedding photos. I am so happy that I did my research and encountered Everlasting moments. My wedding was on November 8, 2025 in Saint Lucia. Had to fly the best out of course. The crew, Aleisha, Kunal, and Diana were so kind and fun to work with!! They made sure to capture nothing but perfection!! Thank you for not only capturing our special day, but also, bringing the vibes, making sure everything was going according to our timeline, and ALEISHA saving the day by helping to style my hair for my welcome event. The jacks of all trades. I can’t wait to share all the photos and videos for everyone to see how beautiful their work is. Thank you for traveling the distance. I can’t stop looking at our wedding photos!!!

Our experience with Everlasting Moments was amazing from day one! Their attention to detail and the quality of work they provided us on our wedding day was phenomenal and they exceeded our expectations by far.

We sincerely appreciate the time and effort they took in creating special moments for us. We have watched our day of edit video and short edit video multiple times as a couple and with family friends, each time it brings tears to our eyes. They captured the day in such a special way and every time we watch the videos and look at our photos we feel like we were re-living our wedding day.

I cannot put into anymore words how thankful we are to the team, we wish we could get married all over again!
