I am truly disappointed in the quality of the product and even more so with the service. To add to that the the staff at the store must be on a high commission rate as ther are primarily concerned with the sale of the product with no respect for the customer post sales. They are rude, the manager does not return calls and they point all issue to corporate with no accountability on their part.

I have now purchased three items and the products have spent more time back at service then being worn. The first necklace I bought had the crystals fall off. It was sent for repair and two days later the same crystals fell off again. The second was a leather necklace that had the clasp fall off within weeks of purchase. First off all we were told it would be 10-12 weeks to repair and after 14 weeks it was still not back . Calling the store was pointless as they blamed it all on corporate. The basic premises was that the repair location was very busy(understandable given the poor quality) of the product, but that corporate was too cheap to add staff to repair and only has one person for all of the repairs for Canada. This is unacceptable for the price that is tagged for the products. It is commendable that they offer warranty on the products, but if the product is going to spend most of it time in the repair shop, it defeats the purpose of buying it in the first place.

I would not recommend these products to anyone and this will definitely be my last purchase from both Swarovski and Raffi jewelers

Hi , I was in your Yorkdale store saturday evening around 6:30 pm . When I entered the store , a very nice and polite asian man was helping me . He asked me question if I was searching for something and I told him that I was just looking . My birthday is coming soon so I was looking for suggestions to make to my mother who is a judge and who is very generous . I saw also women's jewelery that I tought would be nice gifts . All of a sudden , a member of your staff interrupted us out of nowhere , stood very close to me and asked me in a very arrogant and mean tone : " Are you really looking for jewelery or are you just looking at the inventory ? " Honestly , It was the worst service I ever had in a jewellery store ever and I shopped in way more prestigious store before like Harry Winston and Van Cleef & Arpels in Beverly Hills . I was always treated with respect and human dignity everywhere except in your store . I've been the owner of a high-end clothing store for many years and if I knew that one of my employees were treating my customers like that , I would have fired them . I honestly felt that he was pushing me out of the store . I never had a salesperson being so rude to me and so innapropriate . It's a shame form such a prestigious store like yours . When I asked another employee for the name of this salesperson who interrupted us , he told me his name was Vahay . I don't know if I spell it correctly but it sounds like that . Actually , it's not the first time that this employee has been rude to me . A couple months ago , I came in your store because I was interested in a Zenith watch . I found one that I liked and told him the one I liked thinking that he would show it to me . He answered to me : " Come back when you're ready " and he walked away from me . I don't know how he came to the conclusion that I wasn't ready to buy the watch when I came in . In my opinion , this man in a negative element in your company and he gives your store a bad reputation . It was the worst shopping experience in my life and never again I will go back in your store or suggest your store to anyone looking for jewellery . Maybe when he asked , are you just looking at the inventory ? he was referring to the fact that I was working at European Jewelley before and tought I was sent as a spy or something but I left the company a long time ago so I don't see why I can't come to shop in your store and be treated with decency . It's the first time I ever complain to a store for bad service but I was totally shocked by his attitude and lack of respect . In my opinion , this employee should get a job in an office and not in sales or customer service , this is truly not where he belongs .

I went in to get my ring resized, I checked out other jewellery stores that said it would take a week, I then tried Raffi Jewelers, and the allotted time they gave me was 5 days but called a day earlier saying it was done. The job was impeccable, and the ring size was the perfect size.

I get into the store not only do they have great service with attentive and helpful employees; they have a great selection of necklaces. The selections of rings at Raffi Jewelers are amazing. I called Raffi Jewelers before actually going into the store because of some issues I had with a necklace, they told me to bring it in. I did as I was told and a week after bringing it in, my necklace was cleaned extremely so well that I couldn’t even recognize that it was my necklace. They did an amazing polishing job, the diamonds were shining again and the price was also very reasonable.

I’ve been to Raffi Jewelers twice now. I won’t say the experience has been excellent or it has been horrible because it wasn’t. The first time it was great, the second time not so much. The employees weren’t the greatest, and their selection was the same as the first time I went into the store. I would go back into the store just because other than that it’s an okay jewellery store.
