My husband was recommended. I called and they said they could take care of us, great! I uploaded the documents and emailed the secretary. I didn't get a response back. I called two weeks later and no one had worked on it. She transferred me over to Javier. He worked on it asap, great! I let him know I was missing a tax document and would send it over asap once It was provided to me. He had completed the forms and sent it over for my review, great! It was nearly 90 % done. The day before tax day, I emailed him with the answer and questions. I didn't hear back. I called on tax day.. I know super busy. The secretary said he would call me back, 10am. Then 2pm comes around, she said hes going to call me back and I asked how late is he going to say, she says oh he will be here all day. I said, I just want to make sure he will call me. It was 10pm and I didn't hear a word. I had to file an extension. Its now May 3rd and I havent heard a ring or an email. $550 Fee. Ill pay it but call me back at least.
